This has already become a cause of concern for the sexy siren. It’s been seen in the past with heroines like Namitha and Kiran Rathod that as the waist size increases they only get to act with older heroes like Vijaykanth.

Anushka recently also had to say ‘no’ to certain revealing dresses as her size was getting bigger. She says she is not able to exercise at all as her shooting schedules are tight and what ever little time she has, is being spent with family and friends.
