Dear Sir Now it is too late to discuss on 9th bipartite settlement, les us all forget it and be united to discuss on 10th biparrtite settlements which is soon on the head for negotiations , by that time most of us shall be retired, best of luck to our tricky extraordinary intelligent Leaders/and IBA team.

It looks like all our leaders have lost their potency and not able to assert themselves. Even after so much of time they are not able to come out with the revised wage structure and pension structure. it is better if all these leaders resign and give place to new set of people who can fight with IBA.
Now we have to unite under a different leadership and fight vigourously for our genuine demands.
Now the time is ripe for all bank employees to unite under a
different leadership under one banner and fight for our genuine
demands.

i think bipartitie worst than this settelement was not possible under present leadership, (by S.C. Siwach)
it is better to have the fate of more than 6 lac Bank employees in the hand of shrewed politicians instead of 10 to 15 clerks or 10 to 15 dummy officers. better pay commission once in ten or twenty years than settelements every 5 years with levy.
only two or three thousand add is not enough for countiously
working eight to ten hours for banks staff in comparing to
other sector fourty percent have to increased

i go at 10 o clock in morning and countinously
working till six or seven o clock in evening

The flag ship seems to have lost the route and lakhs of members are bound to be marooned.It is time we take shelter under the political umbrella where results are definite before elections every five years.
i want to know pension option scheme .i have resigned w,e.f.13.03.09 pf option pf bank contribution 6.40 lacs
This settlement talks of a 2nd pension option. There are many who did not opt in 1995 and have since resigned from service. Those who did not opt for pension were not eligible for VRS and hence had no choice but to resign.
Will they also get an option to opt in like others who have retired after completing the age of superannuation?
Bank Employees’ representative bodies will do well to get such people also included in the list of those getting a second option in the interest of equity and natural justice.
